- Custom or pre-order items: 5-10 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping:
- Canada: $15.99 (7-14 business days)
- Europe: $25.99 (10-21 business days)
- Australia/Asia: $29.99 (14-28 business days)
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package using the carrier's website or our order tracking page.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Look around your delivery area
- Contact the carrier directly

International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- BenwiStudios is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance
Holidays and Weather
Shipping may be delayed during holidays or severe weather conditions. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
PO Box Delivery
We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS services only. Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
