30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at Himovitche89@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a return shipping label
4. Package items securely and ship using the provided label

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged by normal wear and tear
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original tags
• Items that have been washed or altered

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For different sizes or colors, please place a new order and return the unwanted items following our return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at Himovitche89@gmail.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
